In addition, a layer of micro springs improves responsiveness, enhances motion isolation and minimises movement transfer, ensuring an undisturbed night’s sleep—even when sharing the bed. This advanced construction also helps to extend the lifespan of the mattress.

Manufacturing and Delivery

Each Kairo 100% natural mattress is carefully handcrafted in Spain using the finest quality materials. This meticulous process ensures an exclusive product designed to deliver exceptional comfort and durability, which is why the manufacturing time is between 15 and 20 working days.

Once completed, your mattress will be shipped from Spain to the United Kingdom, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 working days. The courier will contact you via email or text message to arrange delivery and provide tracking details.
If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments and on different dates. Please note that installation is not included.

We believe the best way to know whether a mattress is right for you is to try it in the comfort of your own home. That’s why we offer a 30-night trial on your new mattress. If you don’t fall in love with it, you can return it or exchange it for another Kairo mattress completely free of charge. Our goal is to improve your quality of life if we don’t achieve that, we’re not satisfied.

What warranty does Kairo offer?

We offer a 10-year warranty that reflects the quality of our materials and craftsmanship. It is a testament to our commitment to every piece we create, shaped by a tradition of meticulous artisanal expertise and attention to detail.

Recommended Care

To preserve its performance, we recommend airing the mattress regularly and using a suitable, firm base. We also advise rotating and turning it every 3 to 5 months to ensure the materials settle evenly over time.
Proper care will help maintain its original performance and extend its lifespan.

What is the most suitable base or support?

Kairo natural latex mattresses should be placed on a slatted base, such as Melasti, as this allows for proper airflow beneath the mattress, enhancing breathability and helping to preserve the integrity of the materials.

The use of solid bases, upholstered platforms or spring bases is not recommended, as these can restrict ventilation and affect the mattress’s performance.

A base does more than simply support the mattress—it is an essential part of the overall sleep experience. For mattresses crafted from natural materials, it is particularly important to choose a support system that promotes optimal airflow, ensuring a fresh, healthy and long-lasting sleeping environment.
